Information on the Right of Withdrawal

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

— within 14 days of taking delivery of the product, and return of the product

Right to withdraw from the Contract. If you concluded the Contract with us as a consumer — that is, outside the scope of your trade, business, craft or profession — you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days, without giving any reason. You have this right because the Contract is concluded at a distance, over the internet.

When the period starts. The 14-day period runs from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the product. Where you ordered several products in one order and we deliver them separately, the period runs from the day you take possession of the last product; where a product is delivered in several lots or pieces, it runs from the day you take possession of the last lot or piece.

Exceptions. Please note that you do not have the right to withdraw under this notice if you bought a product made to your specifications or clearly personalised — for us, that means a ring in a made-to-order anodised colour finish. This exception follows from regulation 18(c) of the Consumer Rights Regulations (S.L. 378.17), which transposes Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Before you complete such an order we ask you to confirm separately that you understand you will not have the right to withdraw; see the separate acknowledgment document.

Effects of withdrawal from the Contract. If you withdraw, the Contract is cancelled from the outset. This means that you return the product to us and we return the purchase price you paid, together with the delivery costs you paid, up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method we offer.

How to withdraw. If you wish to withdraw from the Contract, write to us at [email protected], contact us by any other means, or use the model withdrawal form. Any clear statement that you have decided to withdraw is enough. You must send it within 14 days of taking delivery of the product; it is enough that you send it before the period expires.

Withdrawing online. You can also withdraw using the online withdrawal function available at all times during the 14-day period, reached through the tracking link in your order confirmation and dispatch e-mail — no customer account is required.

Returning the product. You must send the product back to us within 14 days of telling us that you are withdrawing. We recommend the Smartex service. Unless we have stated otherwise in the information on returning the product, you bear the direct cost of sending it back to us. Please pack the product well so that it cannot be damaged in transit, and return it to Amplla a.s., Poličská 1823, 539 01 Hlinsko, Czech Republic. Please do not send it cash on delivery.

Handling the product before you return it. You are free to unpack and inspect the product and to try it out as you would in a shop. You are liable only for any reduction in the product's value resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return of the purchase price. We will return the purchase price for the product, together with the delivery costs you paid up to the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method. We will refund you by the same means we received the payment, within 14 days of the day you told us you were withdrawing. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you show us that you have sent it back, whichever happens first.

Gifts. If you withdraw from the Contract, you must also return any gifts you received with the order.

Set-off. If you have damaged the product, we are entitled to set off our claim for that damage against your claim for the refund.

Briefly and clearly: if you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. You do not have this right if you ordered a ring in a made-to-order anodised colour. Send the product back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing — Smartex is the easiest way. We will refund the purchase price and the cheapest standard delivery cost within 14 days.
